Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user’s device. This page explains which cookies Tecnonota uses and how you can manage them, in line with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Technical cookies
These are needed for the Site to work and do not require consent. We use just one, stored in the browser (localStorage), to remember your light or dark theme preference. The cookie banner also stores the choices you make, so you are not asked again on every visit.
Advertising profiling cookies (third parties)
Ads on the Site are served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies (for example on the doubleclick.net domain) to measure ad performance and, if you consent, to show you ads in line with your interests. Without consent, non-personalised ads are shown, which only use contextual information such as the page topic and your approximate location.
You can read how Google uses data on partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and turn off personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Statistics cookies
Where active, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate form. The IP address is anonymised and data is not combined with other information.
How to manage your preferences
On your first visit a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise the use of non-technical cookies. You can change your mind at any time by reopening the panel from the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page, or by deleting cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
